PHNOM PENH, Dec. 16 (Xinhua) -- Cambodia's stocks finished higher on Friday, with the Cambodia Securities Exchange Index up 0.59 point, or 0.18 percent, to close at 319.59 points.
A total of 5,361 shares worth 16.08 million riel (3,993 U.S. dollars) were traded.
