NEW DELHI, Aug. 16 (Xinhua) -- At least four civilians were killed and more than 15 others injured in fresh firing by security forces in Indian-controlled Kashmir on Tuesday, taking the total number of deaths in violence there to 64 since the killing of a 22-year-old militant in July.
