The ROC added that the appeal will be considered by the Court of Arbitration for Sport on July 19.
On June 17, the world athletics governing body IAAF upheld a ban on Russia's track and field athletes for Rio de Janeiro Olympics for systematic violations of doping regulations, which Moscow considered unfair.
