BEIJING, July 3 (Xinhua) -- Twelve miners were trapped in a flooded coal mine in north China's Shanxi Province, the country's top safety watchdog said on Sunday.
Ninety-four miners were working underground when the accident occurred around 11 p.m. Saturday. Some 82 miners had already been rescued while 12 others were still trapped, the State Administration of Work Safety said in its website.
