張德隆

    Prior to the current appointment, Mr. Kenneth Teo had held various positions in IE which include Divisional Director (Precision Engineering), Technology Business Group, Center Director (South China) and concurrently Vice-Consul (Commercial) under the Singapore Consulate (Guangzhou) as well as Account Manager, International Trading Group.

    Over the years, Mr. Teo had been undertaking industry development work to enhance value propositions of Singapore based enterprises to support their overseas growth and promoting Singapore as a major trading hub. He was also involved in the inception of the inaugural Singapore-Guangdong Collaboration Council (SGCC) and the facilitation of Singbridge’s Knowledge City project in Guangzhou city.

    Mr. Teo joined the Civil Service in 1996 and had held various appointments under the Ministry Of Education prior to joining IE Singapore. Mr. Teo obtained his Bachelor of Business Degree (Nanyang Business School) in 1996 and Master of Science (Information Studies), School of Computer Engineering in 2001 from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. He had completed the Executive Program on China for Singapore Senior Government Officials and Business Representatives at Tsinghua University, Beijing, China in 2007 as well as the International Business Fellowship Program (Vietnam) at Hanoi School of Business and Ho Chi Minh University of Applied Economics, 2010.

    張德隆在企發局任期間曾當任技術産業司（精密工程）副司長，華南地區主任兼任新加坡駐廣州總領事館副領事(商務)以及國際貿易司處長。張德隆參與了新加坡-廣東合作理事會的成立和推動廣州知識城的開發項目,也在企發局任期間負責新加坡在海外推廣和考察的策劃執行, 新加坡期貨市場的監督,亞西安和國際會議協調和促進新加坡作為國際貿易中心的發展工作。

    張德隆於1996年加入民事服務，曾當任新加坡教育部屬下機構的高級官員。張德隆就讀於新加坡南洋理工大學並在1996年考獲商業學士學位,2001年獲資訊管理碩士學位。他也在2007年完成清華大學為新加坡高級公務員/企業管理人員舉辦的研修課程。2010年，張德隆也在越南完成胡志明市大學和河內市大學聯合舉辦的國際商業研修課程。
