Peace Mission 2005: August 18-25, 2005
Some 10,000 ground troops, ships and warplanes participated. It started in Vladivostok and moved to the Shandong peninsula and nearby waters.
Joint Sea 2012: April 22-27, 2012
Held in waters near Qingdao, China, involving 25 warships, 13 planes and nine helicopters.
Joint Sea 2013: July 5-12, 2013
Held near Peter the Great Gulf. A total of 19 vessels, eight planes and two special forces teams participated. The maneuvers focused on joint air defense, escorts and maritime search and rescue operations.
Joint Sea 2014: May 20-26, 2014
Some 14 warships, two submarines, nine airplanes and six helicopters took part in the northern part of the East China Sea.
Joint Sea 2015 I: May 11-21, 2015
The drills involved nine surface ships from the two navies, focusing on maritime defense, replenishment and escorts.
