TAIPEI, July 21, 2016 (Xinhua) -- Staff members place victims' portraits at a mortuary house in Taipei, southeast China's Taiwan, July 21, 2016. A group of four mainland officials arrived in Taiwan on Wednesday afternoon to assist the families of the victims. A tour bus caught fire on a highway in Taiwan on July 19, killing 26 people on board, including 23 tourists and a tour guide from the Chinese mainland. (Xinhua/Song Zhenping)
