CHANGSHA, June 14, 2016 (Xinhua) -- Photo taken on June 14, 2016 shows a water level indicator in the Changsha section of Xiangjiang River, central China's Hunan Province. Due to heavy rainfall and more water supply from the upstream, water level of Xiangjiang's Changsha section has kept rising to 31.94 meters by Tuesday afternoon, higher than the designed level of 26.35 meters for the kiloton ships.
