BRUSSELS, Nov. 5 (Xinhua) -- Ousted Catalan President Carles Puigdemont and four former members of Puigdemont's government who have been issued arrest warrants by the Spanish government turned themselves in voluntarily to Belgian police on Sunday, announced the public prosecutor's office of Brussels.
