BERLIN, Sept. 25 (Xinhua) -- With all votes counted, official results on early Monday confirmed Germany's far-right party Alternative fuer Deutschland (AfD) won its first seats in the federal parliament.
The anti-immigration populist party netted 12.6 percent of votes in Sunday's Bundestag (parliament) election, pinning itself as the third strongest party in the parliament, official results suggested.
It is also the first far-right populist party in the Bundestag since WWII.
