HONG KONG, Jan. 24 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake measuring 5.0 on the Richter scale jolted 98km WNW of Sinabang, Indonesia at 20:48:16 GMT on Monday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 22.67 km, was initially determined to be at 2.8283 degrees north latitude and 95.5623 degrees east longitude.
