NEW YORK, Dec. 29 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake measuring 6.2 on the Richter scale jolted 33 km south of Tolotangga, Indonesia at 22:30:18 GMT on Thursday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 72.27 km, was initially determined to be at 9.07 degrees south latitude and 118.61 degrees east longitude.
