BUDAPEST, Dec. 11 (Xinhua) -- The Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade on Sunday sharply condemned the overnight terrorist attacks in Istanbul that killed 38 people.
The ministry spokesman Tamas Menczer in a statement expressed sympathy with the families of the victims while stating that Hungary stands side by side with Turkey in the fight against terrorism, the MTI wire service reported.
He underlined that the fight against terrorist organizations had to be continued and that all terrorist organizations were to be equally condemned.
On Saturday night, two explosions rocked central Istanbul near Besiktas's Vodafone Arena Stadium, leaving 38 people dead and injuring more.
