NEW DELHI, Dec. 7 (Xinhua) -- Over 800 tourists, including international travellers, are stranded in India's southeastern Andaman and Nicobar Islands due to extremely bad weather, the Indian Navy said Wednesday, adding that it has dispatched four ships to to evacuate them.
