HANOI, Nov. 16 (Xinhua) -- Stock market index of Vietnam's capital Hanoi, HNX-Index, closed at 81.13 points on Wednesday, up 0.01 points or 0.01 percent against the previous trading session.
A total of over 43.107 million shares worth some 356.959 billion Vietnamese dong (some 16.01 million U.S. dollars) were traded at the Hanoi Stock Exchange on Wednesday, an increase of 26.75 percent in volume and 17.3 percent in value against the previous trading session.
Prices of 109 stocks went up; 87 stocks fell down, while 68 stocks remained unchanged.
