BISHKEK, Nov. 3 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Li Keqiang on Thursday asked members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) to further strengthen their cooperation and coordination on security and boost the construction of regional anti-terrorism institutions and mechanisms.
Li made the remarks at the 15th SCO prime ministers' meeting in Bishkek.
