SEOUL, Nov. 2 (Xinhua) -- South Korean President Park Geun-hye on Wednesday reshuffled the cabinet, naming new prime minister, deputy minister for economic affairs and people's safety minister amid a controversial scandal surrounding her longtime confidante Choi Soon-sil, Park's office said.
