ISTANBUL, July 14, 2016(Xinhua) -- Delegates attend the 40th World Heritage Committee Session in Istanbul, Turkey, on July 14, 2016. The World Heritage Committee, at its 40th session in Istanbul, on Thursday recommended strong measures seeking to eliminate or mitigate the risk factors that have been threatening the heritage sites around the world.
