MUMBAI, July 8 (Xinhua) -- Indian stock market was bruised and battered Friday as investors were cautious ahead of the U.S. jobs data due to be released later in the day.
The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex closed at 27,126.90, 74.59 points or 0.27 percent down from previous close of 27,201.49, with a turnover of 771.32 crore rupees (about 114.5 million U.S. dollars).
