Manzhouli, the largest land port on the China-Russia border, saw a rising number of China-Europe freight trains during the first four months this year, authorities said. The number of outbound China-Europe freight trains via Manzhouli grew 16 percent to 484 and that of inbound trains increased 5 percent to 382 between January and April, according to China Railway Harbin Group Co., Ltd, which administers the Manzhouli railway station. There are currently more than 50 routes of China-Europe freight trains via the Manzhouli land port, which helps promote trade between China and European countries.
